Using Conversophy
You don't need to prepare anything. Upload a conversation, add a little context, and get back the perspective you can't get while you're in it: how it unfolded, what worked, and specific things to try next time. Here's exactly what you do at each step.
An audio recording, a transcript, pasted text, or a chat log exported as text. Drop it in and Conversophy handles the rest: transcription, speaker identification, format detection. No preparation required.

That's fair — I got defensive too quickly.

Choose who reads the analysis
Outside-party reviewers always receive the analysis.
Describe the conversation topic, set the emotional stakes, and add any additional notes by typing or voice-to-text. The system then runs a background pipeline: classifying patterns, building narrative and communication patterns, scoring suggestions. When it completes, you review AI-recommended Focus Areas, Interaction Patterns, Skills, and Practices, each with a confidence score. You approve, swap, or change any item before analysis runs.

How the Conversation Unfolded
Rapport held until the four-minute mark, where a misread about ownership tipped feedback into accusation [04:22].
Beyond the core analysis, you choose which written reports to produce, per person. A Growth Insights Report is personal coaching written straight to the speaker: strengths, growing edges, and what to try next. A Speaker Guidance Report is written for whoever's supporting them, with ready-to-use scripts for giving feedback. Generate one, the other, or both. Any analysis can also produce an Evidence Report, and Outside Party mode adds a Situation Report for professional reviewers.
