AI Transparency Notice

How Conversophy uses AI to analyse your conversations.

What the AI does

Conversophy analyses conversation transcripts to identify communication patterns, interpersonal dynamics, turning points, and areas for growth. Each finding is grounded in specific language from the transcript.

What AI models are used

Analysis is performed by Anthropic Claude, hosted on Amazon Bedrock in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland). Your data stays in the EU, is never retained by the model provider, and is never used for AI training.

What the AI does NOT do

  • It does not make decisions about you — all outputs are informational, not prescriptive.
  • It does not use biometric data (facial expressions, vocal tone, body language) to infer emotions. All emotion-related observations are interpretations of the transcript text.
  • It is not a replacement for professional, clinical, legal, or therapeutic advice.

Limitations

  • AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies or miss important context.
  • Findings reflect patterns in the specific conversation analysed — not fixed personality attributes.
  • The analysis is one interpretation, not an objective truth. You should review and evaluate all outputs critically.

How to challenge results

If you believe an analysis is inaccurate or unfair, you can contact our support team to flag it for review.

AI-generated content marking

All analysis reports, development plans, narrative timelines, and exported documents carry machine-readable metadata marking them as AI-generated, in accordance with the EU AI Act (Art. 50).

No tracking or profiling

Conversophy does not use cookies, third-party analytics, advertising scripts, or retargeting pixels. No conversation data or analysis outputs are shared with advertisers, analytics platforms, or data brokers. No behavioural profiling is performed for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to provide the analysis service you requested.

This notice is part of Conversophy’s commitment to transparency under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) and GDPR.
